Order Tracking
All HM2 orders are shipped with full order tracking and require a signature on delivery. There are no exceptions to this.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number within 4 days of placing your order. This allows you to check your order’s status at any time.
Preferred Shipping Carriers
Our preferred shipping carrier is DHL. However, we can also ship via FedEx or UPS upon request.
Order Processing
Your order will usually be processed on the same or next business day. Orders placed before 12 PM are typically processed the same day, while orders after 12 PM are generally processed the following business day.
This occurs in 95% of cases. Please note that due to factors beyond our control, processing may occasionally take longer. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day, as our warehouse does not process orders on weekends.
Delivery Timeframes
Deliveries typically take 7-15 business days.
Please note that once the parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processes, or incorrect addresses.
Delayed Parcels
We strive to deliver your parcel quickly, but delays can occur once the package is with the courier. If you believe your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender, or missing, please contact us via email at contact@hm2.site. Provide your order number and the name used for the order to ensure the fastest possible response.
All queries will be responded to within 48 hours, with faster responses typically on weekdays. Our customer service is not available on weekends.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s crucial that you enter the correct shipping address and contact name at the time of purchase. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@hm2.site, and we’ll do our best to modify your order, though we can’t guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Please note: There is a $15 fee for address changes due to the additional processing required.
Returns and Refunds
180-Day Warranty: All HM2 products come with a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Return Process: To initiate a return or warranty claim, customers must:

Provide a video of the product in operation and clear photos
Include proof of purchase
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to HM2 for warranty claims or returns
If a replacement product is sent, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of the new product
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, or failure to follow the user manual instructions. Products showing signs of rust or other indications of improper care are not covered.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
